Rooms

1. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Primo Resort/Solang Ski Resort. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
2. The primary guest checking in to the resort must be at least 18 years of age.
3. This is a couple friendly Property. Unmarried/Unrelated couples are allowed to check-in. Local Ids can be presented as proof of identification. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the resort management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the resort management.
4. The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks etc ). These will be charged by the resort at the time of check-out from the resort.
5. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
6. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with resort phone number
7. You can contact the resort directly for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and upon the sole discretion of the Management.

• Any damage caused to the property is specifically charged

1. Outside food is not allowed
2. In case of snow Parking Area closed then the vehicle will parked on the road side on the owner risk. Does not allow private parties or events
3. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay. They can use common areas to meet their visitors.

Cancellation

1. In case of any cancellation the following cancellation charges would be levied: –
2. Fifteen days from date of Check in: 25% of total amount
3. Ten days from date of Check in: 50% of total amount

• Seven days from date of Check in: 100% of total amount

1. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is entirely on the resort’s discretion

• Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Resort.
• Number of modifications possible on a booking will be on the discretion of Management

1. Selective offers of OTA will not be valid on cancellation or modification of a booking

• Any e-coupon if any discount on the original booking shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation or modification.

Food Arrangement

1. Non-veg food is allowed
2. Outside food is not allowed

Smoking/Alcohol consumption Rules

1. Smoking within the premises is allowed
2. There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption, any guest have problem with it.

Pet(s) Related

1. Pets are not allowed
